What to Expect
This is where we get a clear, honest picture of where your personal finances actually stand before you take another step toward homeownership. We'll walk through your full financial picture with you, spending patterns, savings, debt, credit, all of it, and give you a clear diagnosis of what's working, what's holding you back, and what needs attention before you're truly ready to buy. You'll leave with a real understanding of where you stand and the direction to move in. You're fully capable of taking that direction and running with it on your own. If you'd rather have someone in your corner keeping you accountable and adjusting the plan with you along the way, ask me about Rental Ready Rehab™, and your Wallet Wellness Exam fee can apply toward your first month. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE THERE IS A $10 LATE/NO SHOW FEE
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund to your original payment method, cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Once 7 days have passed from the time of booking, all services become non-refundable — this applies whether or not your appointment has taken place. Clients may reschedule up to 2 hours before their appointment time. Cancellations or no-shows occurring within 2 hours of a scheduled appointment will be subject to a $10 fee. This includes the FREE 15m Consultation. A card is required on file at the time of booking for the current appointment only. Payment information will not be stored or used for future transactions unless permitted by the client.
