Why partner with us?
Get paid for referrals you're already making. Financial and real estate professionals and creators get asked about rental properties, business structure, and taxes all the time. The Affiliate Program gives you a trusted place to send those conversations, and a commission when your referrals take the next step.
Support that helps you sell. Invite us onto your podcast, into your community, to your event, or into your workshop, and we'll show up ready to help you make sales. We can even curate something together. The only thing we don't do is write articles or blogs.

Sign your partner agreement
You'll receive your affiliate contract, which includes an NDA and a media release disclosure. US partners also complete a W-9, and international partners complete a W-8

Refer and earn
Send your homebuyer and rental owner clients to the clinic using your personal link and get paid 30 days after their full payment

WHAT EXACTLY IS IN THE PROGRAM?
Here's What You'll Earn when you become
a partner
$25 for Every Analysis purchased
$100 for every client who books an Urgent Care or Annual Check Up service
$250 for every approved application through our lender network
Payments go out on the 28th of each month through PayPal or an international wire, and we don't cover wire fees. Once your earned commissions reach $100, your payout is processed, and any balance under $100 rolls over to the next month until you get there.

In return, we ask for a Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, and video review within 7 days of any other service, and within 90 days of a retainer service.
