The Challenge

Flavia started with us in October 2021 with $16K credit card debt, 5 figure student loans, no savings, and a credit score of 648

The Strategy

We devised a financial treatment plan to aggressively payoff her debt, have a portion of her student loans forgiven, build her savings to $30K, and get her credit score to at least a 680

 

The Outcome

We were able to get $17K of her student loans forgiven within 30 days of working with us. By October 2023 she was debt free, had $30K in savings, and a credit score of 729. She also secured a $22K homebuyer grant to utilize towards her rental purchase.

The Challenge

We had a lot of work to do because we not only needed to get Sarah's personal finances healthy we also had to prep her business finances for mortgage approval. For full time entrepreneurs (especially new ones) that is an automatic 24 month process.

The Outcome

By October 2024 Sarah paid off $15K credit card debt, saved $20K towards her house fund and her score ended up into the high 700s. She was able to stabilize her monthly business revenue which is necessary for mortgage approval as a full time entrepreneur. In November 2024 she closed on a 1.1 million dollar multifamily in NY.

DAISY´S STORY

"In 2023 I purchased a 50x100 plot in Kenya!"

In October 2022, Daisy made a game-changing decision to join the ICU in their quest for a real estate coach who could guide them in acquiring international properties. Little did she know, this decision would lead to remarkable achievements.

Since becoming part of the ICU in 2022, the Daisy's journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Daisy, using a savvy equity tap strategy on her U.S. rental property, secured a whopping $45,000 with no payments for the next decade – funds that proved instrumental in their international land purchase. She was also able to secure an impressive $18,000 through a personal loan, bridging the financial gap for their overseas land acquisition.

The crowning achievement? Daisy successfully acquired a generous 1/8 acre of land in Kenya, and the excitement doesn't stop there. Currently, she's in the process of building their rental property, strategically located just 10 minutes from the beach.

The anticipation is building, and we can't wait to witness the completion of their dream property!
