Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy Provider Cancellations: If we must cancel a scheduled session, you will receive a 100% full refund. Standard Refunds: Full refunds are available up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. Rescheduling & Fees Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment at any time prior to your session. Cancellation & No-Show Fee: A $10 fee applies to cancellations made outside the eligible refund window or for missed appointments (no-shows).
