What to Expect
As your Rental Tax Strategist, we'll take a deep look at your current rental portfolio and how it's actually being handled at tax time, where you may be overpaying, what's being missed, and where your structure might be working against you instead of for you. You'll leave with a clear diagnosis of your portfolio's tax position and a real understanding of where the opportunities are. You're fully capable of taking that assessment and handling it from here on your own. If you'd rather have ongoing strategy throughout the year instead of a once-a-year look, ask me about Portfolio Tax Triage™, and your Asset Tax Assessment fee can apply toward your first month. DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE THERE IS A $10 LATE/NO SHOW FEE
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment To secure your Tax Prep appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. 2. Required Documents All tax documents and requested information must be uploaded to your secure client portal at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. This ensures we have everything needed for an accurate and efficient filing. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable but can be credited toward a future service within the same tax year. 4. No-Show Policy If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, your payment is non-refundable and a new booking will be required for future service. 5. Timely Communication To provide the best experience, we ask that you respond promptly to any requests for additional information or clarification. Delays in communication may impact your filing timeline. 6. Results Timeline Your Tax Diagnostics Report™ and completed filing will be delivered within ~1–2 business days after your appointment, provided all documents and information are received on time.
