CLIENTS
SERVICES
Urgent Care

Property Purchase Prep
Getting ready to buy your first rental property starts with having your financial documentation in order before you ever sit down with a lender

Capital Fit Prep
Before you walk into a lender conversation, your financial documentation needs to tell a clear, organized, presentation-ready story

Rental Tax Prep
We'll prepare and file an accurate, rental-optimized tax return for you, handled by a Rental Tax Strategist who actually understands the details a generalist preparer tends to miss, like depreciation, passive activity loss limitations, and how to properly report income across Schedule E and C
Long Term Care

Financial Coaching for First Time Buyers
This is where you build the financial foundation to purchase your first rental property, and keep it strong long after closing day.

ENROLLMENT SEP-DEC

Business Financial Health Consulting for Rental Owners
This is ongoing care for your business's financial health, built for the Rental Owner who's ready to be treated like a business, not just a household.

ENROLLMENT MAY-AUG

Tax Strategy & Bookkeeping for Rental Owners
This is year-round tax strategy and bookkeeping for the Rental Owner who already has a portfolio worth optimizing.

ENROLLMENT JAN-APR
Annual Check Up

Wallet Wellness Exam
We'll walk through your full financial picture with you, spending patterns, savings, debt, credit, all of it, and give you a clear diagnosis of what's working, what's holding you back, and what needs attention before you're truly ready to buy

Bankable Business Scan
This scan gives you an honest read on your business's financial health, what's currently making you look bankable, what's working against you, and where the real gaps are between where you stand today and where you need to be

Asset Tax Assessment
We'll take a deep look at your current rental portfolio and how it's actually being handled at tax time, where you may be overpaying, what's being missed, and where your structure might be working against you instead of for you
Group Appointments

Community Screenings
A live group session built around one specific area of your financial health. Instead of waiting for a private appointment, you're screened alongside a small group of people working through the exact same thing you are, at a fraction of the individual clinic cost.
