15-Minute Consultation (Free) Think of this as your quick financial triage. In this short visit, we take a look at your current income vitals, your homebuying or rental-income goals, and what symptoms might be blocking your next move. You’ll get clarity on which direction to take, what services truly fit your situation, and whether you’re ready for deeper financial treatment. Perfect for folks who want to ask focused questions, confirm next steps, or make sure they’re choosing the right path before committing to a full exam. Add-On: 15-Minute Financial Analysis (Paid) When you know you need more than a pulse check, upgrade your consultation with an extended analysis. This additional 15-minute deep dive walks through your income, credit posture, early cashflow patterns, and any property-related concerns—whether you’re buying, inheriting, converting, or expanding. This is where we diagnose the actual problem, outline your immediate priorities, and hand you actionable direction you can start using right away. If the findings show you need a complete financial treatment plan, we’ll recommend a full Wallet Wellness Exam to map out your long-term strategy. Any upgrades will be credited towards your Exam.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund to your original payment method, cancellations and reschedule requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Once 7 days have passed from the time of booking, all services become non-refundable — this applies whether or not your appointment has taken place. Clients may reschedule up to 2 hours before their appointment time. Cancellations or no-shows occurring within 2 hours of a scheduled appointment will be subject to a $10 fee. This includes the FREE 15m Consultation. A card is required on file at the time of booking for the current appointment only. Payment information will not be stored or used for future transactions unless permitted by the client.
