I´m Candace, helping clients acquire and run rental properties in the US and abroad has given me more fulfillment and freedom than I ever imagined!
I didn’t just study financial strategy, I lived it. After paying off $50K in debt (while keeping an 808 credit score), I bought my first U.S. property just six months later. That experience sparked my journey as a business owner, and soon I was building a portfolio that stretched from New York to Kenya.
As I shared my real-life steps and lessons on Instagram, more and more aspiring entrepreneurs and rental owners reached out for guidance. That’s when I realized: this isn’t just my story, it’s my calling.
