Tax Triage™ is ICU's full-service tax preparation and resolution suite built specifically for rentalpreneurs and middle-income earners who need accurate filing, strategic positioning, and licensed IRS representation — all under one roof, at a price point that actually makes sense for where you are financially. Every service under the Tax Triage™ umbrella is handled in-house by a licensed Enrolled Agent and financial professional who already understands how your rental income, personal finances, business structure, and tax liability work together as one ecosystem. No handoffs. No referrals. No surprises. A $100 deposit is required to reserve your spot for any Tax Triage™ service. Your deposit is applied toward your total fee, and all pricing is confirmed during intake before any work begins.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment To secure your Tax Prep appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. 2. Required Documents All tax documents and requested information must be uploaded to your secure client portal at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. This ensures we have everything needed for an accurate and efficient filing. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable but can be credited toward a future service within the same tax year. 4. No-Show Policy If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, your payment is non-refundable and a new booking will be required for future service. 5. Timely Communication To provide the best experience, we ask that you respond promptly to any requests for additional information or clarification. Delays in communication may impact your filing timeline. 6. Results Timeline Your Tax Diagnostics Report™ and completed filing will be delivered within ~1–2 business days after your appointment, provided all documents and information are received on time.
