What to Expect
A weekly shared appointment designed to help rentalpreneurs and landlords strengthen their fundability for real estate financing. Each week focuses on a key area lenders evaluate from foundational setup to financial positioning to bureau verification red flags. You’ll learn what triggers denials and how to improve your profile. Each week, we offer a FREE live, 1-hour training session covering that week’s focus area. You can attend in person in Orlando (up to 6 seats) or watch live on TikTok, Twitch, or YouTube. Resources are provided so you can start improving your fundability immediately. This service is ideal for rentalpreneurs and landlords who are serious about securing funding for their properties. Whether you’ve faced denials, rely heavily on personal credit, or are unsure why lenders won’t approve you, this lab helps you understand and correct the red flags holding you back. The 30-minute 1:1 Rental Fundability Analysis is an optional upgrade after the free training ($88). During this session, we review your individual fundability scan, identify specific blocks, and provide actionable steps to improve your approval odds. In-person analysis appointments are limited to 6 per week at the Orlando Urgent Care Center.
Cancellation Policy
Free Class Attendance The Weekly Rental Funding Recovery training sessions are complimentary and held live. If you are unable to attend, you may register for a future session at your convenience. Replays are not guaranteed. 1:1 Financial Analysis Add-On All 30-minute Financial Analysis sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to the following policy: Rescheduling You may reschedule your analysis appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be considered a late change. Cancellations Analysis appointments are non-refundable. If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may transfer your session to a future lab date within 30 days of your original booking. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be marked as a no-show and will require rebooking. No-Shows Failure to attend your scheduled analysis without notice will result in forfeiture of the session. A new booking and payment will be required. Emergency Exceptions We understand that true emergencies happen. Requests for consideration must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the missed session. By scheduling a Rental Funding Recovery, you agree to the terms outlined above.
