I’m Candace, and helping rental owners transform their businesses has given me more fulfillment and freedom than I ever imagined.
As I shared my own rental journey more and more landlords reached out, looking for guidance on how to stop relying on passive income and personal credit, and start building businesses that banks and lenders actually trust.
Before long, I found myself creating strategies for U.S. landlords and international rentalpreneurs on business credit, cashflow, and the strategies that shift them from just collecting rent to actively growing a scalable, fundable business.
