Homebuyer & Homeowner Returns — $178: Perfect for first-time buyers preparing for mortgage approval or homeowners managing their primary residence. We review your income, mortgage documents, deductions, and credits to ensure a clean, compliant, and optimized return. Includes one property. Additional homes $100 each. Landlord (Schedule E) — $278: For rental property owners who need accurate income reporting, depreciation, and expense classification. I clean up your Schedule E, verify compliance, and maximize your rental deductions. Includes one property; additional rentals $100 each. Rentalpreneur (Schedule C, Partnerships, S-Corp) — $578: For landlords running rental operations as a business. Whether you file a Schedule C, 1065, or 1120-S, this service covers business-level accuracy, asset tracking, QBI deductions, and S-Corp reasonable compensation. Includes one property. Additional rentals $100 each. Global Rentalpreneur — $678 + in-country tax fee: For clients with foreign rentals or overseas income. We coordinate your U.S. filing with our in-country tax pro, handle foreign tax credits, FATCA/FBAR (if needed), and ensure full cross-border compliance. Includes one foreign property. Additional rentals $100 each. Estates & Trusts — $978 (base): For executors and trustees managing inherited assets. We prepare Form 1041, handle beneficiary K-1s, apply stepped-up basis, and report capital gains and rental activity with precision. Includes one property. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment To secure your Tax Prep appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. 2. Required Documents All tax documents and requested information must be uploaded to your secure client portal at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. This ensures we have everything needed for an accurate and efficient filing. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable but can be credited toward a future service within the same tax year. 4. No-Show Policy If you miss your scheduled appointment without notice, your payment is non-refundable and a new booking will be required for future service. 5. Timely Communication To provide the best experience, we ask that you respond promptly to any requests for additional information or clarification. Delays in communication may impact your filing timeline. 6. Results Timeline Your Tax Diagnostics Report™ and completed filing will be delivered within ~1–2 business days after your appointment, provided all documents and information are received on time.
