What to Expect

Reconstruction is where we stabilize your financial history. We clean and reconcile up to 12 months of transactions to ensure your books reflect reality, not guesswork. This includes: • Back-categorizing uncoded transactions • Correcting misclassified income and expenses • Separating owner transfers from revenue • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts • Cleaning up security deposit liabilities • Allocating expenses correctly across properties • Producing property-level Profit & Loss statements • Generating an accurate Balance Sheet At the end of this phase, your financials are lender-ready, tax-ready, and positioned for growth. This is a one-time stabilization reset. Ongoing maintenance is reserved for retainer clients.

To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least... -7 days in advance for a full refund to original payment method -5 days in advance for a half refund to original payment method -2 day in advance for a 20% refund to original payment method -24 hours for a Clinic Credit with the full price of the service
